COFFEE HOUR Make
New Friends SIGN UP FOR COFFEE HOUR and realize a dream. It’s a fact, Episcopalians love to eat and will be your friend forever if you feed them. It’s simple, easy, and requires only a little work.
Pint of milk Pint half and half Finger foods (more on this later Sunday Morning: Arrive about 9:30 Coffee: All coffee and tea items are kept in the play room on a cart. Use the largest pot for coffee. Fill for 40 cups of coffee using 4 scoops of coffee (no filter is needed). Set up on the table is Sweazy Hall and plug into the power strip under the table. Tea: Fill the pot with water and plug in in the kitchen Other Items to do: Filll a small bowl with tea bags Fill 1 sugar bowl Fill a large pitcher with milk Fill a large pitcher with Half and Half Set table with tea bags, sugar, spoons, plates, napkins, and non-perishable food After Service: Put out refrigerated food Put out food from oven TIPS FROM THE PRO’S Allow plenty of time. Feel free to call for help! Amount of food – usually enough for 40 people to nibble. Keep it simple – finger foods are best Mix it up – sweets and nutritious items.
